Team Manager - Fostering

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Team Manager to join its client’s Fostering team in Manchester. The role involves leading a team of social workers and ensuring high-quality care and safeguarding for children in care. The team manager will be responsible for managing workloads, supervision, recruitment, and some evening and weekend work.

Requirements

• Social Work England Registration (Active)
• Degree level qualification or equivalent in Social Work
• 5+ Years Post-Qualifying Experience in statutory childcare work, including child protection
• Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity
