Job Description
Liquid Personnel is seeking a Team Manager for its specialist services encompassing Child Protection Chairs, Fostering Independent Reviewing Officers (IROs), and the Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO). This strategic leadership role requires a manager with strong safeguarding knowledge and understanding of statutory processes. The role involves overseeing a team and ensuring high standards of safeguarding and permanency planning.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in children’s social care
- In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, fostering regulations, and IRO responsibilities
- Ability to manage complex systems and drive performance
- Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
