Job Description
Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an Assistant Team Manager for a Children with Disabilities service in Medway. The role involves leading and supporting social workers, delivering high-quality supervision, and ensuring child-centred practice.
Requirements
- Report to a Team Manager
- Deliver high-quality supervision and support social workers
- Ensure timely, effective, and child-centred assessments, care planning and interventions
- Must have a degree in Social Work and be registered with Social Work England
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
