Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join one of our client's fantastic homes for children and young people aged 11–17. The home supports individuals with backgrounds of trauma and emotional and behavioural difficulties. You will be working for an outstanding local children's home provider operating across the Hertfordshire and North London area.

Requirements

• Hold a Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare or be working towards this
• Good knowledge around Children's Homes regulations (2015), Children's Homes Regulations including the quality standards
• Ideally hold at least 1 year's experience within a children's residential homes
• Hold a Full UK driving licence
