Requirements

• Completed Master's degree (Economics or Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, etc.)
• Theoretical knowledge and ideally (first) experiences in planning and controlling order processing and value chain processes in production companies
• Study-related knowledge in production and lean management principles
• First work experience in a management consultancy or in companies with a production background
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 and enthusiasm for using new digital tools
• Communicative personality with a structured working method, conceptual thinking and a strong analytical understanding
• Very good German and English skills
• Flexibility and travel willingness for national and international activities
