Manager Operational Excellence (m/w/d)

We are a consulting firm looking for a Manager Operational Excellence to lead challenging projects on operational and strategic change processes for national and international customers in the industrial sector.

Requirements

• Completed degree (business or engineering sciences, mechanical engineering, business informatics, etc.)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a management consulting firm or in companies with a production background
• Comprehensive knowledge of order processing and value creation processes in manufacturing companies
• Consulting experience in the production sector - ideally based on Lean Management principles
• Initial experience in implementing digitalization applications
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Communicative personality with a structured way of working, conceptual thinking, and strong analytical understanding
• Very good German and English skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for national and international business trips
