Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Process Excellence roles, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Experience working with international teams or partner ecosystems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and sales tech tools (Salesforce, Clari, Asana, Confluence, Gong, SalesLoft, etc.).
- Experience in process automation, data governance, and project management.
- Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, PowerBI).
- Comfortable working with dashboards and performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Experience with change management and enablement programs.
