- Collaborate with department leaders to define, publish, maintain, and monitor key development metrics
- Drive strategy and execution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Establish and evolve development standards, processes, and best practices
- Maintain broad awareness of related projects to ensure alignment and avoid duplication of efforts
- Oversee recruitment and talent identification for the team
- Foster team growth by developing skill sets and supporting career development
- Stay current with emerging technologies relevant to the team's domain
- Engage directly in software development when needed to support delivery and mentor team members
