Job Description
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs, communicating with customers and technicians, and ensuring customer needs are understood. You will also develop estimates, write repair orders, and administer the manufacturer warranty.
Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor experience
- Prior experience as an automotive technician
- Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
