Service Advisor

We are hiring a Service Advisor for DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. The position involves acting as a liaison between customers and technicians, identifying vehicle concerns, and recommending services. The ideal candidate has previous Service Advisor experience, a solid understanding of vehicle systems, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Previous Service Advisor experience
• Automotive technician background
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance
• Team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• 18+ years old
