Used Vehicle Manager

We are looking for a Used Vehicle Manager who understands the luxury car market and can lead a high-performing sales team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury automotive sales or management (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Lexus, Porsche, etc.)
• Demonstrated success managing or influencing pre-owned inventory performance
• Deep knowledge of local competitors, market trends, buyer behavior, and digital retail strategy
• A performance-driven mindset paired with a polished, customer-centric approach
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and elevate a team
