Engineering Manager, Issuing

Lithic is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Issuing team to lead the company's next phase of growth. The team is responsible for getting a card into an end user's literal and figurative hand or wallet, and the manager will lead delivery of new features and improvements across card issuance, onboarding, and tokenization-related capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience managing and growing engineers
• Strong technical judgment and system design skills
• Experience shipping and operating production services
• Experience with or interest in learning the Issuing domain
• Experience with Python and AWS
