Trainer

Litify is seeking a dynamic and talented Salesforce Trainer (Product Enablement Manager) to join our Professional Services team. The role involves developing and delivering instructional content and live training events for implementation partners and internal resources focused on configuration, as well as reviewing product documentation to determine gaps and creating plans for external and internal facing documentation.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce and demonstrated technical aptitude with Salesforce
• Experience working with AI tools
• Experience creating technical documentation and job aides
• Experience delivering live training (virtual and/or in person)
• Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication with experience making presentations to major stakeholders
• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with a SaaS product (or similarly complex product)
• Flexibility to travel with limited notice up to 15% of the time
