Cost Analyst

Littelfuse is a diversified industrial technology manufacturing company seeking a Cost Analyst to provide accurate and timely cost analysis to support operational and financial decision-making. The role involves analyzing manufacturing and material variances, inventory exposure, and standard costing, while partnering cross-functionally to improve cost performance and overall plant efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4-7 years of experience in Cost Analysis or Financial Analysis within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong experience with standard costing methodologies and manufacturing cost structures
• Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; SAP experience preferred
• Ability to translate complex cost data into clear, actionable business insights
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
