Operation Manager

Littelfuse is seeking an Operation Manager to manage a medium sized operations team, ensuring operational processes and procedures maximize productivity and minimize risks.

Requirements

• Coaches and manages the work activities and may have full management accountability for the performance and development of the team.
• Leads operations projects that maximizes efficiencies in a Littelfuse production facility.
• Evaluates staff levels for current and future requirements and identifies training and development requirements.
• Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet objectives.
• Ensures that the team maintains proper controls for safety, quality and productivity.
