Job Description
As an Operations Manager at SCHOTT, you will be responsible for promoting the long-term development of the site, ensuring alignment with SCHOTT's vision and mission, and implementing operation strategies and innovation roadmaps. You will also ensure reliable delivery of goods and services, initiate sustainable development of production and supply chain processes, and ensure effective quality management.
Requirements
- University Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Industrial Engineering
- More than 10 years of experience in operations management
- Excellent command of English and Chinese language
- Extensive knowledge of Lean and EHS
- Six Sigma qualifications are preferred
