Supplier Development Engineer.

Supplier Development Engineer position at Littelfuse, responsible for ensuring robust material quality and improving supplier performance. Collaborates with Procurement and internal teams to drive improvement actions. Requires 5+ years experience in Supplier Quality/Supplier Development, ISO-IATF, and 5 core tools knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor or university degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5+ years experience in Supplier Quality/Supplier Development
• Experience with ISO - IATF and familiar with 5 core tools --FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA
• Knowledge on VDA 6.3 auditing
• Ability to analyze
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP
• Good follow up skills
• Good communication skills both written and oral
• Result oriented
• Problem solving skills
• Attention to details
• Green belt training
• Black belt (desired)
• Proficient English - 85% minimum (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
