Job Description
Little City is seeking highly motivated and mission-centered individuals for the position of Direct Support Professionals (DSP/Caregiver/CNA). We currently have a variety of shifts (full-time and part-time).
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid regular Illinois driver's license with a responsible driving record and proof of vehicle insurance
- Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A desire and passion to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and other challenges in their personal growth
- Ability to work in a group home, home-like settings
