Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Little City is a nonprofit organization that serves youth, teens, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum and adults with special healthcare needs. We are seeking highly motivated and mission-centered individuals for the position of Direct Support Professionals (DSP/Caregiver/CNA).

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid regular Illinois driver's license with a responsible driving record and proof of vehicle insurance
• Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A desire and passion to assist individuals with developmental disabilities and other challenges in their personal growth
• Ability to work in a group home, home-like settings
