This position is responsible for directing the overall health care services and operations that facilitate the improved health status of Native Americans through the development, planning, implementation, evaluation, and delivery of direct care programs to tribal membership and service eligible patients.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Public Health Administration, Health Administration or Business Administration
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience preferably in a healthcare setting
- Preferably three (3) years in a Tribal Healthcare delivery setting
- A familiarity with a variety of health care practices, procedures, systems, and standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead others, communicate effectively with team members, and manage projects
- Strong work history developing and implementing services and programs
- Technical expertise of billing and coding software, electronic health record systems
- Working knowledge of sensitivity communication practices and interview techniques in order to speak with and for the patient
- Valid Driver's License with the ability to be insured under the company's insurance policy
