Job Description
Supervise the maintenance team, oversee the upkeep of building systems, and ensure compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, training staff, outsourcing contractors, and managing company equipment.
Requirements
- Completed an accredited HVAC apprenticeship or an equivalent two-year technical degree
- 3-5 years of experience with maintenance operations
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Familiarity with OSHA, EPA and ADA
- Knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, boilers, generators and building controls
