Job Description
Join the PBR party at Power Plant Live in Baltimore! We're looking for a part-time Cocktail Server to provide excellent service to our guests.
Requirements
- Greet guests and take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner
- Serve cocktails and/or menu items to bar guests; up-sell when taking orders
- Maintain professionalism and provide outstanding service to guests
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and kitchen staff
- Monitor guest behavior and amount of alcohol consumption
- Complete side work assigned and accurately account for all sales and payments
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments
