Cocktail Server / Bottle Service - Mosaic Nightclub & Lounge

Sleek and sophisticated cocktail lounge looking for a part-time Cocktail Server / Bottle Service to join their team. Responsibilities include serving cocktails, managing cash and credit, and providing outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• 1 year of serving experience in a fast-paced food and beverage venue
• Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods, and garnishments
• Must meet state legal age requirements
• Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred
• Must be courteous, pleasant, and good natured
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card
• Basic math skills
• Ability to handle, carry or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
