Job Description
The Facilities Director is responsible for overseeing maintenance and facilities personnel, operations, and staff for a mixed-use retail, office building, entertainment venues, and district events. The role involves overseeing staff, ongoing programs, event planning, and coordination with various teams and vendors.
Requirements
- Strong proven record of managing a variety of projects
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and excellent organizational skills
- Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
- Ability to function professionally under pressure and manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
- Proven competencies in software applications and programs, particularly Microsoft Office
- Personal tact, discretion, and good judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
