We are looking for a full-time Customer Success & Support Manager to guide our customers in a technically, communicatively and professionally manner, with tasks including customer onboarding, customer success, and customer support, as well as analyzing technical problems and structuring customer complaints.
Requirements
- Experience in customer support and CRM systems
- First experience in analyzing technical problems, such as through log files or SSH
- Solution-oriented thinking and ability to drive topics proactively
- Ability to work well with internal and external partners
- Openness to new tools and technologies, particularly for the meaningful use of KI-/AI-based solutions
