Job Description
LiveRamp is a data collaboration platform that helps companies build a connected customer view while protecting brand and consumer trust. The Brands Account Director will lead executive-level customer relationships, manage client portfolios, and champion customer-centricity across the company.
Requirements
- Invest significantly in building and nurturing executive-level customer relationships
- Champion customer-centricity across LiveRamp
- Partner with cross-functional teams
- Coach and mentor CSMs of the Brands Customer Success team
- Effectively identify and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve the customer experience
- Address challenging customer requests and engage in issue resolution
- Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Lead renewal strategy and forecasting
- Ensure customers realize value and adoption
