We're seeking a Reward & Workforce Planning Analyst to join our team in London. The successful candidate will have advanced Excel expertise and experience in an analytical role within HR, Reward, Compensation, or Finance. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining workforce planning models, creating and managing dashboards, and conducting salary benchmarking and market research. Requirements
- Develop and maintain workforce planning models to forecast headcount, cost, and turnover
- Create and manage dashboards to report on key workforce metrics for the People and Finance teams
- Support the annual salary and bonus review cycles through data modelling and analysis
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to ensure our compensation remains competitive
- Analyse and model the effectiveness of current and proposed incentive and bonus schemes
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to analyse recruitment trends and inform workforce plans
- Ensure data integrity across our HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Greenhouse) for accurate reporting
- Assist in job evaluation processes and maintain our compensation frameworks
- Support ad-hoc analytical projects related to compensation, benefits, and organisational design
