Prep Sushi Cook

We are seeking a Prep Sushi Cook to prepare high-quality sushi ingredients, ensure consistency in execution, and support the sushi team with mise en place, knife work, and food safety.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sushi preparation or a similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to work as part of a team, supporting the flow of service and collaborating with culinary leaders.
• Strong understanding of Japanese cuisine principles, including sushi techniques, knife skills, and ingredient selection.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Positive, engaging attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
