Take charge of day-to-day operations as a Warehouse Supervisor at LKQ UK & Ireland, leading a dedicated team and ensuring smooth workflows, accurate stock handling, and timely order fulfilment.
Requirements
- Supervise daily warehouse operations
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse staff
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock control activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with delivery teams
- Identify process improvements
- Handle incoming deliveries and oversee proper storage and organisation of stock
- Maintain clean and orderly warehouse conditions
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track, report, and manage daily tasks and performance metrics
