Job Description
Job Description: Propositions Manager. Salary: Ā£61,344 - Ā£68,160. Locations: Edinburgh or Bristol. Flexible working options: Hybrid Working, Job Share. Responsible for leading the prioritisation, design and delivery of customer experience enhancements across end-to-end customer journeys.
Requirements
- Knowledge of customer-facing operations
- Proven experience of proposition management
- Working knowledge of Longstanding customers and products (Life, Pensions and/or Investments)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience of working with outsourced partners and tools such as Figma would be beneficial, but not essential
