Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business (CPA/CA preferred or in progress)
- 5+ years in a finance management or senior accounting role — ideally in NDIS, disability, aged care or NFP
- Strong Xero skills — you know it well and you make it work harder
- Proven financial modelling and analysis capability — not just reporting, but interpreting and advising
- Experience with SCHADS Award payroll is a big advantage
- A self-starter who can operate with autonomy in a busy SME environment
- Excellent communicator — you can explain financials to a non-finance CEO and Director clearly and confidently
