We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee a small team of management accountants, data analysts, and finance officers, delivering end-to-end management of finance activities across our Northside, Toowoomba, and Brisbane private hospitals.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, business, or commerce
- Membership in a professional accounting body (CA/CPA or relevant)
- Proven experience in management accounting within a large, complex organisation
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, business case development, and using complex financial accounting systems
- High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence a wide range of senior stakeholders
