We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our portfolio in Port Wentworth, GA at our Class A build-to-rent neighborhood designed with craftsmanship, comfort, and long-term quality in mind.
Requirements
- Maintain the physical condition and appearance of the property
- Perform minor and routine maintenance/repair in a timely and professional manner
- Promote good public relations with residents, co-workers, and company staff
- Complete special projects as assigned and prioritized by the Community Manager and Regional Manager
