Job Description
We are searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in Savannah, GA, Preston Grove. Responsibilities include maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the property, performing minor and routine maintenance/repair, and promoting good public relations with residents, co-workers, and company staff.
Requirements
- Maintenance experience
- Reliable vehicle with liability insurance
- Valid Driver's License
- Extensive mobility and good physical condition
- Ability to lift 100 lbs
- Ability to operate hand tools and equipment
- Ability to work in hot and cold weather extremes
