HR Operations & Payroll Specialist

LMW is seeking a HR Operations & International Payroll Consultant to manage HR operations and payroll-related processes for employees in Greece and other countries where LMW operates.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll support, or HR consulting.
• Solid foundation in Greek payroll and labor legislation.
• Excellent command of English (Business English).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage parallel processes across multiple countries.
• Strong Excel / MS Office proficiency.
