Requirements
- Relevant commercial experience and a network within the construction or technical sector, ideally working with main contractors, consultants and end clients
- At least five years of experience in specification sales or similar complex sales within the construction industry, ideally dealing with main contractors, consultants and end clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at both operational and decision-making level
- Ability to build lasting relationships in both established and developing markets
- Proven success in solution selling within a technical environment
