Closing Disclosure Specialist

Responsible for post-close CD reconciliation & audit requirements within specific channel to ensure compliance with post-consummation CD requirements.

Requirements

• Mortgage experience preferred but not required.
• Exceptional attention to detail, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Task driven, self-motivated, and able to multi-task with minimal supervision.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
