Funding Specialist

Responsible for reviewing and managing all funded loan files, verifying fees, closing conditions, accuracy of calculations, and coordinating final disbursement of funds in compliance with lenders instructions.

Requirements

• 5 years of Mortgage Funding/Closing experience
• Knowledge of calculating payoffs, inputting wires and completing closing disclosures to make the ALTA
• Exceptional attention to detail, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task with minimal supervision
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
