Job Description
The Locad Global Leaders Program is a 24-month rotational management trainee program designed to develop the next generation of business leaders. Participants will work on real projects with real impact and have the opportunity to lead teams and drive high-impact work across multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- Recent graduate (within the last year up to June 2026)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analysis, STEM, or a related field
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-driven, highly accountable, and able to manage your own workload without being micromanaged
- Genuinely excited about the logistics, e-commerce, or technology industry
