Warehouse Operation Analyst [Indonesia]

Warehouse Operation Analyst will monitor and analyze warehouse performance, ensure data integrity, and identify operational bottlenecks to propose improvement initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders and providing performance support.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain analytics, or logistics environments.
• Hands-on experience with Logiwa WMS (or similar WMS platforms) including reporting and transaction monitoring.
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards in Metabase (or similar BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of warehouse workflows, inventory control, and fulfillment operations.
• Familiar with continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, 5S, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong data manipulation skills in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookup functions, basic formulas).
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Certification in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Warehouse Operations is a plus.
