Director of IT Application Development and Business Intelligence

The Director of IT Application Development and Business Intelligence provides strategic and operational leadership for the organization’s enterprise application portfolio, with particular focus on systems supporting finance, lending, and program delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10 years minimum experience with significant experience leading enterprise business applications or development teams.
• 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing enterprise business applications, platforms, or application development teams
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• Subject matter experience supporting finance, lending, banking, or financial operations, including systems related to loan origination, servicing, grants, underwriting, or financial reporting.
• Experience designing enterprise integration patterns (APIs, ETL/ELT, SaaS integrations)
• Experience leading enterprise reporting modernization initiatives
• Experience implementing AI-enabled enterprise platforms.
