Local Logic is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and help shape and scale support processes. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to navigate APIs and developer tools, and a passion for customer support and mission-driven work.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or technical solutions role
- Proven experience working with REST APIs, HTTP protocol, and common tools like Postman or curl
- Proficiency with JSON and comfort with SQL for querying datasets
- Hands-on experience with CLI tools and understanding of basic Python scripting
- Familiarity with authentication concepts like JWTs and SSO
- Strong communication skills, especially written
