Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Traffic Engineer to join our growing Traffic Engineering & Planning team in the greater Louisville area. This is a great opportunity to join a 100% employee-owned firm recognized as one of Indiana’s Best Places to Work and 2026 Indiana ESOP Company of the Year.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant traffic engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or similar engineering field.
- Professional Engineer (PE)
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well individually or as part of a team.
