Job Description
Lochner is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead transportation projects and perform advanced structural analysis on complex bridge projects. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s and Master's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, 10+ years of bridge design and analysis experience, and PE and SE or ability to obtain these licenses within one year.
Requirements
- Function as the Lead Structural Engineer or Project Manager on transportation projects
- Perform advanced structural analysis on complex bridge projects
- Provide mentoring and guidance to other design team members
- Experience with bridge inspection, assessment, and bridge condition reports
- Prepare calculations, drawings, technical reports, and cost estimates for procurement and construction
