Traffic Engineer

Lochner is seeking a Traffic Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, a Professional License (PE) in Pennsylvania, and 5+ years of traffic/transportation engineering experience. They will be responsible for conducting signal timing studies, designing ITS and traffic signal systems, and analyzing intersection and highway levels of service.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional License (PE) in Pennsylvania
• 5+ years of traffic/transportation engineering experience
• PennDOT and/or PA Turnpike experience
• Experience using CADD design software
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
