Job Description
The Ride Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting all amusement rides and attractions to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical or trade school certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance (preferred)
- Previous experience as a ride mechanic, maintenance technician, or similar role in an amusement park, resort, or entertainment facility (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
