The Water Park Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the water park, ensuring the safety of guests, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment. Requirements
- Supervise and manage a team of attendants, and other water park staff.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on safety protocols, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure high standards of service and safety.
- Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and events.
- Ensure that all safety rules and procedures are strictly followed by both staff and guests.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of water attractions, equipment, and facilities.
- Respond to emergencies, accidents, and incidents in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures, and ensure that all staff are properly trained.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and guidelines.
- Monitor the overall guest experience and address concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that guests have a positive experience by delivering excellent customer service.
- Monitor the park for cleanliness, addressing any issues to ensure an enjoyable atmosphere.
- Assist with special events, promotions, and group bookings to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee the opening and closing procedures for the park, including ensuring that all attractions are functioning and ready for guests.
- Monitor inventory levels for supplies such as equipment, signage, and cleaning materials.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Ensure that all areas of the park are clean and well-maintained throughout the day.
- Communicate effectively with management, staff, and guests to ensure smooth park operations.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, maintenance, food services) to improve guest experiences and address any operational challenges.
- Report operational issues, incidents, and staff performance to management as needed.
- Lead staff in emergency situations, ensuring a quick and coordinated response.
- Maintain up-to-date emergency plans and procedures and ensure that staff are trained and familiar with them.
- Provide first aid or assist with medical emergencies as required.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to ensure staff morale and engagement.
- Encourage teamwork and cooperation among staff members to enhance the overall guest experience.
