Banquet Server (On Call)

Relax and recharge at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, a top choice among Arizona luxury resorts. We are seeking an experienced Banquet Server to provide prompt, efficient, and courteous food and beverage service during banquet events.

Requirements

• Ability to listen carefully to guests' requests and relay instructions to others.
• Skilled communicator capable of engaging with guests and team members with clarity and professionalism
• Guest service focused and able to anticipate guests’ needs and deliver a high level of personalized service.
• Two to four years’ experience in a mid-high volume banquet operation within an up-scale, hotel or convention center banquet operation, preferred.
• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift/pull/push 35 plus pounds regularly throughout the shift.
• TIPS (or Local/State alcohol training equivalent) Certification required.
