Engineer, Endpoint Security

Join Loews Hotels & Co as an Engineer, Endpoint Security, and contribute to the improvement of Loews Hotels' security posture. The position involves deploying and maintaining endpoint security platforms and processes, threat analysis, and triage of security breaches. A motivated security professional with a strong security background, committed to continuation learning and the implementation of innovative solutions, is required. The role involves collaboration with the Security Operations and IT Service teams to deploy robust security measures across the enterprise.

Requirements

• 2-4 Year Degree or Technical Degree or applicable industry certifications and relevant experience required
• 3+ years of experience in Information Security in an enterprise environment
• 2+ years of experience as a technical project lead or primary endpoint security support role
• In-depth knowledge of endpoint security technologies and solutions to include Anti-Virus, Anti Malware, Endpoint Encryption, Mobile Device Management, Web Content Management, DNS Security, Patch Management, Identity and Cybersecurity Software-Based tools
• Strong knowledge of host and networked based attack methodologies, threat hunting, remediation, and vulnerability assessment management
• Solid understanding of various governance frameworks such as ITIL and NIST
• Knowledge of network and firewall infrastructure
• Must be able to safely lift and carry computer equipment (computers, monitors, servers, switches, firewalls, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex security issues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
• Must be willing to travel domestically or abroad up to 20% of the time
