A Front Office Agent position at Loews Miami Beach Hotel, providing exceptional service and support to guests.
Requirements
- A minimum of one (1) year guest service experience in hotel hospitality
- Experience with previous Property Management System, preferably Opera System
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays as necessary/required
